Non Food Items That Are Core In Nature
You may have heard the phrase that is “every little helps”, this may sound a routine thing that we do come across and hear on and off, however to know the true meaning s of this phrase and to feel its application and significance; one would need to visit areas that are badly hit by natural or manmade disasters.
People who might have been affected due to such incidents may are eager to get hands on every little or big help that may come their way. They are unsure and clueless as in how long the situation will persist like this before things get back to normal and they can return to their homes.
Their need is genuine and the situation through which they are going naturally hurts others as well emotionally and one as a result may think of sending off some help in the form of food or non-food items.
I have always seen the intent and efficiency in many people who simply want to send off help somehow and that is something I love the most, but at the same time I see that people fail to follow the list of recommend aid items that shall be considered while one is on a mission to rescue the situation for all those that may be suffering.
I always stress on items that are approved rather than preparing a package that is loaded with unapproved and irrelevant items , things that may make the situation further complex and difficult both for the transporters and those who are forced to live a refugee’s life.
Things like, toothpaste, toilet papers, feminine sanitary items, a bucket, some ropes, insecticidal nets, disposable, solar emergency lights these and many other similar non food items that have been approved shall always be considered by one while going for life saving efforts.
They may sound routine thing which they are no doubt, but when it comes to the crisis situations, they become critical and can play life saving roles.
